Benefits and Perks
In addition to competitive salaries, referral incentives, and bonus programs, CyrusOne offers the following:

Insurance
Insurance benefits are available on the first day of the month following your start date for all full-time employees.

Medical
CyrusOne offers medical and prescription drug insurance to our employees through a PPO network that includes both in and out of network benefits. We contribute a significant portion of the premium for medical coverage for both the employee and any eligible dependents.

Dental
Dental insurance is available for preventive care, as well as more extensive treatments such as root canals and crowns. Again, CyrusOne contributes a significant portion of the premium for the employee and any eligible dependents.

Vision
Vision exams are included in the medical insurance coverage.

Long Term Disability (Income Protection)
CyrusOne provides company-paid LTD coverage for all full-time employees.

Life Insurance
CyrusOne currently provides company-paid basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance. Employees also have the ability to purchase additional life insurance coverage for themselves and their dependents for a fee.

Time Off

Paid Time Off (PTO)
CyrusOne employees are eligible for three weeks PTO on a calendar year basis after six months of full-time employment. PTO is pro-rated for the remainder of the calendar year following the six-month eligibility date.

Holidays
CyrusOne recognizes six holidays.

401(k) Plan
CyrusOne offers a 401(k) plan that offers a variety of investment choices. All employees (including permanent part-time) who have met length of employment and age requirements are eligible to participate.

Company Events and Functions
As hard as our employees work, we know they need the time to play as well. That’s why we have several employee events and functions throughout the year including a Chili Cook-off, a Crawfish Boil or our annual Holiday Party, to promote a more balanced work environment and show our appreciation for their hard work.
