Client Operations Portal
In keeping with our goal to exceed expectations,
CyrusOne delivers increased transparency
and control to our clients through an interactive
Client Operations Portal (COP) which provides
a mirror-image view of the real-time monitoring
capabilities available in our advanced
Network Operations Command Center. The COP
enables clients to access real-time data
on device health, bandwidth utilization
and general web statistics. Clients are
also able to create trouble tickets, review
status, perform early stage mapping and
create application dependency diagrams.
In addition to the capability of accessing
data on the health and wellness of their
infrastructure and systems, CyrusOne clients
can leverage the portal services to proactively
anticipate the needs that will be placed
on IT resources and web infrastructure.
A few of the features and capabilities of
the COP include:
- Real time, graphical reporting
of network infrastructure and application
performance
- Service Desk including on-line
service provisioning, trouble ticket creation
and status checking
- Real time alarm notification
as determined by escalation procedures
- Site reports on web operations,
traffic, etc.
