CYRUSONE EXPANDS BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP WITH DYNEGY
Provider of electricity, natural gas, and natural gas liquids retains local technology services provider and expands services.

Houston, TX, February 16, 2004 –CyrusOne (www.cyrusone.com) announced that Dynegy, Inc. (NYSE:DYN) has elected to expand and extend their contract with CyrusOne for the next five years. Under their contract, CyrusOne provides a variety of technology services to Dynegy including production hosting and business continuity solutions. With corporate headquarters in downtown Houston and energy assets and operations throughout the United States, Dynegy provides electricity, natural gas and natural gas liquids to wholesale customers in the United States and to retail customers in the state of Illinois.
