HISPANIC TELESERVICES EXPANDS IT SERVICES WITH CYRUSONE
Increase Needed To Support Business Growth

Houston, TX • September 10, 2002 • Hispanic Teleservices Corporation (HTC), a Houston-based provider of outsourced contact services for the Hispanic market, has more than doubled its IT services agreement with CyrusOne, a data center provider specializing in mission-critical IT applications.

HTC, which serves as a "remote office" for clients' Spanish call center operations, began outsourcing its U.S.-based data center infrastructure to CyrusOne last year and has significantly expanded this relationship to support the company's increasing growth. Currently, HTC has two contact centers in Monterrey, Mexico, with a total capacity of 825 workstations.

It's imperative that HTC's U.S.-based data center infrastructure is 100 percent available and secure. For HTC, downtime translates to significant opportunity costs in both sales and credibility. The refore, HTC located all of its U.S. gateway communication equipment and hardware at CyrusOne's 65,000-square-foot data center in Houston. In addition to hosting the equipment - which routes calls and data through a private network to the call centers in Monterrey - CyrusOne's facility and staff provide redundant power, security, and operational support 24 x 7 x 365, guaranteeing 100 percent uptime.
