CYRUSONE ROUNDS OUT EXECUTIVE TEAM
Hogan and Vazquez promoted from within to serve company in new role.

Houston, TX, September 9, 2003 –CyrusOne (www.cyrusone.com), Houston’s premier provider of managed hosting, colocation, and managed services, is proud to announce that they have enhanced their executive team by appointing two of their directors to the role of vice president. Committed to rewarding employee work and loyalty by promoting from within, CyrusOne recently named Jim Hogan to the role of Vice President of Product Development and Service Delivery and Dan Vasquez to the role of Vice President, Operations and Technology.

In his new capacity, Hogan will utilize his skills in strategic business planning, implementation and support for large IT organizations to identify and developing new services at CyrusOne that enhance customer performance or that enable the company to continue delivery at a lower cost. Additionally, Jim will manage the processes and people involved in delivering CyrusOne’s services to its clientele. Before coming to CyrusOne, Jim served as Manager of Voice and Data IT Implementation and Support for Williams Communication Group, where he was responsible for the success of designing and implementing critical invoicing and financial systems. Jim also worked previously for Unisys Corporation consulting system integration and design.

As the vice president of operations and technology, Dan will take on the added responsibility of overseeing the management of the company’s premier facility located off Southwest Freeway. With considerable experience in computer, communications, and network security, Dan will continue to supervise the highly experienced engineering staff in the company’s Network Operations Command Center (NOCC) as well as work with Hogan to assess new technologies. Prior to CyrusOne, Dan served in the United States Air Force and was responsible for extensive military and civilian networks, including one of the largest classified communications systems in Asia. His experience includes designing and managing local, metropolitan, and wide area networks spanning multiple states and supporting thousands of users.
