As Chief Executive Officer, Eric is responsible for leading CyrusOne's strategy and driving the Company's growth, including the development of strategic partnerships.

Eric previously served as the Chief Strategy and Development Officer at Equinix, responsible for the company's corporate strategy and analytics, business development, acquisitions, corporate development and xScale™ joint venture program. During his 16+ year tenure, Eric held a series of senior-level roles, including serving as President of the EMEA region, where the company built its market-leading position through investment and acquisitions. Equinix EMEA earned numerous awards for its success, including Eric's recognition as European Data Center Industry Leader of the Year in 2015.

Prior to Equinix, Eric held a number of senior-level roles at BellSouth, Trammell Crow Company, Harold A. Dawson Company and McKinsey & Co. Eric earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in electrical engineering and a B.A. in economics from Stanford University.

In his spare time, Eric enjoys cycling and has completed the 140-mile, 11-city ride in Friesland, Netherlands, four times.

As CyrusOne President, John is responsible for global operations, design, construction, and sales. For the past twenty years, he has been at the forefront of data center design and innovation. He has the experience and enthusiasm for innovating and deploying the next generation of sustainable cloud infrastructure in the United States, Europe, and globally.

By adopting a manufacturing approach developed in conjunction with some of the world's largest technology companies and service providers, John leads teams that build and operate data center infrastructure to meet the specific speed-to-market and financial needs of hyperscale cloud and enterprise companies.

John started his career as a network operations engineer, working with some of the world's largest financial companies, including JPMorgan Chase & Co. (formerly Bear Stearns & Co. Inc.), Deutsche Bank, and Morgan Stanley. As managing director at Bear Stearns, he was responsible for the strategic design, planning, and control of vital data centers worldwide.

Before joining CyrusOne in 2011, John served as the director of design and construction for ConceptCSI Global Data Center Solutions, one of the preeminent construction firms in the industry dedicated to designing, planning, and constructing mission-critical facilities.

Owen Morris serves as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for leading CyrusOne's global finance organization, including accounting, financial reporting, operations finance, risk management, treasury, and strategic planning.

Joining CyrusOne in 2024, Owen previously served as Chief Financial Officer of United Surgical Partners International (USPI), a subsidiary of Tenet Healthcare, for five years where he played important roles in all finance functions and led key operational decisions, revenue cycle management, and acquisition integration. Prior to joining USPI, Owen spent nearly two decades in investment banking and venture capital, primarily with the real estate investment banking team at Goldman Sachs.

Owen is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Krupal Raval serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer and is responsible for leading the company’s rapidly growing development programs across the U.S. and driving strategic engagement with hyperscale customers.   

Krupal joined CyrusOne in 2025 and previously served as Managing Director, xScale at Equinix where he led the hyperscale data center business, orchestrating multiple multi-billion-dollar joint ventures that shaped markets across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.  

Prior to Equinix, Krupal was Chief Financial Officer, Asia Pacific for Digital Realty. In that role, he oversaw a range of financial functions in the Asia Pacific region, including forming the Joint Venture partnership with Mitsubishi Corporation in Japan. He also served as the regional Portfolio Manager, overseeing a portfolio of nearly 2.0 million square feet, which grew nearly 3x during Krupal’s tenure in APAC. 

A seasoned industry veteran, Krupal also previously served as the Vice President, Capital Markets at Alexandria Real Estate Equities. Prior to this, Krupal served as a Research Analyst for Fidelity Management and Research. Krupal began his career at the top-ranked Citi REIT Equity Research team. 

Krupal received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University, where he was a Meinig Family National Scholar (awarded to less than 2% of each class). In his free time, Krupal spends time with his family, running and spending time in nature backpacking. 

CyrusOne's general counsel, Robert Jackson, champions a commercially oriented, "focus on what matters" approach to business, fueled by a relentless passion for digital infrastructure, real estate development, and value creation. His journey as a business lawyer, trusted advisor, and real estate executive provides a unique perspective that complements the company's diverse senior management team. Robert currently leads the company's legal and environmental health, safety, and sustainability (EHSS) teams, serves on the capital and pricing committees, and works extensively with the Board of Managers as secretary. From 2020 to 2024, Robert also led the Human Resources team, leaving a lasting impact on the company's culture and talent development strategies.

Since joining the company in 2015, Robert has provided steady leadership during a period of dramatic growth and change. He continues to focus on scaling internal and external legal resources to provide innovative, difference-making solutions to support the company's transformative global growth. Under his guidance, the EHSS team drives CyrusOne's industry-leading ESG initiatives, positioning the company at the forefront of sustainable data center operations. During his tenure as HR leader, Robert emphasized the development of a deep and diverse team, fostering a culture of engagement and inclusion that has become a cornerstone of CyrusOne's success.

Robert played a pivotal role in the strategic review process culminating in the historic 2022 take-private transaction, valued at $15 billion – a record-breaking deal in the industry. His expertise was crucial in navigating the deal's complexities and guiding post-transaction strategic planning.

Born and raised in Columbia, Missouri, home of the University of Missouri-Columbia, Robert proudly calls himself a "Tiger by birth." He is a graduate of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business (BS Finance), the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law (JD with distinction), and the University of Florida Levin School of Law (LLM Taxation). Robert represents the company on the Board of Directors of the Data Center Coalition, the premier trade association for the data center industry, serving as a member of the executive committee. Additionally, he is a director of Tech Titans, the technology association of North Texas.

Robert and his wife live in Highland Park, Texas, and he enjoys spending time with their three children, playing basketball, and nurturing a lifelong love of photography.

As Executive Vice President, Chief Customer Officer for CyrusOne, Andrea Muñoz is responsible for an ecosystem of services aimed at delivering high-touch, optimal customer experiences. Andrea's oversight includes data center operations, physical security, customer success, implementations, service delivery, and crisis management. Additionally, Andrea serves in a leadership role for CyrusOne's Women's Resource Group, a supportive network for facilitating professional development and growth as well as promoting diversity and inclusion. She is also a frequent speaker at industry and business events.

Since joining CyrusOne in 2014, Andrea has successfully led customer-centric initiatives and service delivery teams that have fueled CyrusOne's scalable growth and elevated its customer-centric operations and culture. Her accomplishments have earned her several promotions and increased responsibilities. Prior to joining CyrusOne, Andrea spent 17 years in the telecommunications industry serving in multiple operational leadership roles.

Andrea earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys her time with her family as well as yoga, mountain biking, and traveling.
